I am a Midwest Woman with a dream of becoming a writer. Books have always been an escape for me, and a couple years ago I started to turn my love for books to a passion for writing. I have published a book before, however it was more of a project at the time. The book that I am going to talk about here is one of fantasy, with dragons and battles and elves! This blog is a way for me to share my story and share the story of my book writing process. Join me for the adventure!

Some things about me, I currently have 4 dogs and am building a house. Some of my posts won’t be about my writing process directly, they may be about a phase of my house building, or a day of fun with my dogs. You will learn a lot about me through this journey, and I hope to learn a lot about you as well!

I have a full time job, and writing is currently a hobby of mine. Who knows, if I do well enough maybe I can leave the corporate world behind. Truth be told, I do enjoy my job and find it very fulfilling. Even if I hit it big as a writer, I don’t know that I could leave it. I am sure that will make a few people happy where I work, others will still have to put up with me! Sorry guys.
